CITY OF NORTH OLM$TED ORDINANCE NO. 66- ~ fLr PAGE ~ <br />• <br />Thence North 85° 11' 25" West along said :Southerly Lot <br />line, 883.30 feet to a stone and the principal place of <br />beginning of premises herein intended to be described; <br />Thence North 06° 46' 22" East, 434.59 feet to a point; <br />Thence North 60° 22' 30" West, 229.36 feet to a point <br />on a Westerly boundary line of said Township of <br />Olmsted; <br />Thence South 06° 41' 35" West along said Township line <br />to its intersection with the Southerly line of said Original <br />Lot No. 9; <br />Thence South 85° 11' 25" East along said Lot line to the <br />principal place of beginning, according to a survey made <br />July 1965, by Alex Kanareff & Associates, Registered <br />Surveyor No. 4446, be the same more or less, but subject <br />to all legal highways . " <br />an accurate map of which territory, together with the petition for its annexation <br />and other papers relating thereto, and a certified transcript of the proceedings <br />of the county commissioners in relation thereto are on file with the clerk of <br />council of said city, be and the same is hereby accepted. <br />Section 2: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: --a=-t-~-~-~=---_' <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Margaret T.
