s," <br />a <br />CITY GF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />L <br />'~ . ~~, <br />66-200 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZC>NE MAP ADOPTED AS <br />PART OF ORDINANCE NJ. ~2-3;a ~KNC?WN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDII~SANCE OF THE CITY OF NORTH Oi.MS'TED~ , 8Y <br />CHANGING THE DESIGNATIO'~T THEREON <JF C:GERTAIN LA'vTD <br />HEREINArTER DESCRIBED B~' METES AND BOU1v~DS PROM ITS <br />PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS N RESIDENCE SINGLE <br />TO MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of <br />Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the official Zane Map of the City of North Olmsted <br />adapted as part of ordinance No. 62-33 (Known as the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of North Olmsted} , be amended by changing the designation thereon of the <br />following parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />Situated in the City of North C)im~sted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and also known as being part of Original <br />Olmsted Toti+vnship Lot No. 3%, Tract No. 6, and part of <br />Original Dover Tawnsnip Lot No. 10; <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way <br />line of Mastick Rraad, 60 feet wide, and the westerly right-af- <br />way line of Clague Road, 60 feet wide; <br /> <br />Thence Southwesterly along the northwesterly right-of-way <br />line of Mastick Road, a distance of 183 . S 2 feet to the <br />southeasterly corner of land now or farmerely owned by <br />William L. Rinyu and the southwesterly corner of lands now <br />or farmerely owned by H . & C. Krohn; <br />Thence northerly along the easterly line of said Rinyu <br />property and the westerly line cf said Krohn properly to a <br />point measuring 16 feet perpendicular from the ;,arthwestr~rly <br />right-of-way line of Mastick Road to the principal place caf <br />beginning; <br />Thence continuing northerly along said common line between <br />the Rinyu and Krohn parcels to the southwesterly corner of lands <br />now or formerely owned by Francis Ebel; <br />Thence continuing northerly along the easte2iy line of said <br />Mastick Properties, Inc. parcel westerly line of said <br />Ebel parcel, a distance of approxirreteiy 50 feet line of lands <br />now or formerely owned by Charles C.
