r. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLU'x'IO^l NO. 66- l~~ <br />BY `,G~ _- _ <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE INTENTION OF COUNCIL <br />TO APPROPRIATE REAL PROPERTZ' FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF GREAT NORTHERN BLVD <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary in the judgment of this Council that <br />immediate provision be made for the construction of Great Narthern Blvd. <br />along, over and through certain reax property located in the City, more <br />fully hereinafter described; and <br />V~':-IEREAS, to provide in part the necessary real property requir°d <br />for such construction is necessary zx the opinion of this Council that reax. <br />property for the construction of Great Northern Blvd. be appropriated by the <br />City . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Secticn 1: It is deemed necessary and it is hereby declared t~J be <br />the intention of this Council to appropriate the real property, described as <br />follows: <br />Camelius N. Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County o{ Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and kn~~wn as being part of Original <br />Dover Township Lot No. 8 and further bounded and <br />described as follo~.vs; <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Lorain <br />. Road, $C) feet wide; with the centerline of Root Road, <br />60 feet wide, said point also being in the westerly line <br />of Original Inver Township Lot No. 8; thence N 59° 52° <br />40" £ along the centerline of Lorain Road, a distance of E~%';i . 42 <br />feet to tre northwesterly canner of land conveyed to <br />Bertrand C. Austin by deed dated February 17, 1910, <br />recorded in Volume 1245 , Page 1.02 of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; Thence S 0° 37" 35" W along the westerly line <br />of said land conveyed *c} Austin, a distance of 4b>54 <br />feet to the northwesterly corner of a parcel of Iand owned <br />by Cornelius N, Mitchell and Agnes A. Rados, said paint <br />also being in the southeasterly line ~~~f said Lorain Road and <br />the Principal Place of beginning; <br />• Thence :'~' S9° S2' 40'~ r, along the said southeasterly line <br />of said Lorain Road, a distance of 122.
