CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66- / ~~ <br />BY l,~,c <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT PLANS <br />FOR SANDB SUBDIVISION NO. 4,A N <br />g~Y <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed and <br />® approved proposed improvement plans for the Viands Subdivision No. 4 and <br />the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council of North Olmsted does hereby approve <br />the improvement plans for Sands Subdivision No. 4, and finds that said puns <br />meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within improvement plans <br />• so that the orderly development of the Citr may proceed as rapidly as possible. <br />WHE'ItEFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~/ _._.:`.'Tl ~Iz <br />ATTEST: <br />0 <br />Margaret T.
