~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OI.MSTED <br />ORpINANCE N0. 66-152 <br />By: Mr. West <br />AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $7,1!3.00 <br />FROM THE SEWER REVENUE FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />FQR THE ACQU~VEROROAD ANDHDECLARANG ANREMERGENCY. <br />WIDENING 0 <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the City of North Olmsted <br />has made temporary advances from the General Fund to the Sewer Revenue <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, Council is desirous of repaying a portion <br />of these advances: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COl1NCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, STATE OF OH10: r <br />Section 1. That the Finance Director be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to transfer the sum of $7,II3.00 from the <br />Sewer Revenue Fund to the General Fund and that said sum is hereby <br />appropriated for the acquisition of right-of-ways for the widening of <br />Dover Road. <br />Section 2. That the Finance Director is hereby <br />authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from <br />the foregoing appropriation upon receiving proper certificates and <br />vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by <br />law to approve same. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council shall imme- <br />diately forward an attested cop} of thi~ !ordinance to the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 4.
