C ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~r~' l.fl <br />~~ 1 <br />• <br />~, <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-13-38 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Thomas and Sherley Mitsch of 5794 Burns Road • <br />have paid the sum of $ 65,24 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 23 513'3$ <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section I: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive <br />~ assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. + <br />® Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assaesssMnts <br />for the period 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 65,24 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of tittio. <br />Section 4; Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 235-13-38 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />~.: ~ , <br />Margaret Y . alts !
