v <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 66-148 <br /> <br />~~~ ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED <br />AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO. 62-33 (KNOWN AS <br />THE ZONING CODE OF' THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED) <br />BY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION THEREON OF CERTAIN <br />LAND FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION THEREON AS <br />B RESIDENCE SINGLE TO RETAIL BUSINESS GENERAL <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State <br />of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted <br />adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City <br />of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the <br />parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio, and being part of Original Dover Township <br />Lot No. 8'and further bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of a parcel of land conveyed <br />to Herman E. & E. Langer by deed recorded in Volume 5006, <br />' Page 228 of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of the aforesaid <br />Langer parcel a distance of about 60' to the Southeast <br />corner thereof; <br />Thence Southwest along the Southeast line of the aforesaid <br />Langer parcel a distance of about 118' to a point; <br />Thence Westerly along the Southerly line of the aforesaid <br />Langer parcel a distance of about 70' to the Northeast <br />corner of the Phillip C. & A. L. Engoglia parcel recorded in <br />Volume 10646, Page 5 of Cuyahoga County Deed Records; <br />Thence Northerly along the Northerly prolongation of said <br />Easterly line of the Engoglia parcel a distance of about <br />80' to a point in the Northerly line of the aforesaid Langer <br />parcel; <br />Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Langer <br />parcel a distance of about 185' to the place of beginning; <br />and also known as being all of the rear portion. of a parcel <br />of land conveyed to Herman E. & E. Langer located at <br />4455 Root Read by deed recorded in Volume 5006, Page 228 <br />of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records, which Lies East <br />of the Northerly prolongation line of the Easterly line of <br />Phillip C. & A. L. Engoglia parcel recorded in Volume 10646, <br />Page 5 of the Cuyahoga County Deed Records and containing <br />approximately 14,159 sq. ft. be the same more or less, but <br />subject to all legal highways . <br />from its present designation thereon as B Residence Single to Retail Business <br />General:. ~~~~~~~ <br />., <br />
