::;ITY OF Nt_~RTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. a~- jL~,S'~ <br />BY .m--r~ ~ , <br />--~-._ <br />AN ORf~INANCE a1JTNC~RI7Iti7~ THE MAYOR TU EXECT_TTE <br />A CONTRACT WITH THE ARCH~.TECTURAL FIR?vi OF <br />RO~V1'i~EY, PAYERr HUFFiVIf'~N ~ I.EITHOLD, INCA. , <br />FIX:iNG COMPENSATIC~?~ THEREFORE AND DE~"',ARINC <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, it has been deterrr,ined that the architectural fit"~m ~:7f <br />Rowley, Payer, Huffman and I.eithc~id, Inc, will be hired by tre i,,ity o3: <br />North Olmsted to serve in their professional capacity v~~ith r~e~;t,ert :~, the <br />construction of a library building and.. facilities in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, TI~£ REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to <br />execute a contract with the architectural, firm of Rawley, Payer, Huffman <br />and Leithold, Inc. , with respect to their professional services arising o•ut <br />® of the construction of a library building in the City of North Olmsted ;six a <br />fee basis in the amount of Sic (6~i~1 per cent of the canstr~Untior~ cosfis <br />thereof, a copy of which is attached hereto, incorporated herein and ~~arked <br />"Exhibit A'° . <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared tcj be ara emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, healtl<, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving immediate <br />approval to said contract in order that the development= of the City may prorreect <br />in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible.
