G'ITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66- ~ ~.~ <br /> <br />BY __f ~u`; <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION NOTIFYING THE DIRECTOR, DEPARTMENT <br />OF LIQUOR C,~ONTROL, STATE OF OHIO, DONALD B. <br />C'.C}f~K, OF THE OBjECTTON OF THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO TO APPLICATION <br />#H 59891 IN THE NAME OF HARRY CONSTANTINE,AND~ <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.261 of the Ohia Revised Cade <br />the North Olmsted Legislative Authority .was notified of application #H 59891 <br />fora D-5 permit in the name of Harry Constantine, 27092 Lorain Raad, Nort'~i <br />Olmsted, Ohio; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4303.261 of the Ohio Revised Code provides for <br />the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application far a liquor <br />permit within thirty days of the date of the notification of such application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />® Section l; That the Council of the City of North Olmsted , Ohio, <br />does herebv exercise its right to object to the issuance of a D-5 permit applied <br />for under application #H 59891 by Harry Constantine , 27092 Lorain Road, <br />North Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to send by certified <br />mail: <br />1. Two certified copies of this Resolution of objection; <br />and <br />2. Two signed statements in writing, listing the reasons <br />for the objections. <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date for a member <br />of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby .declared to be an emergene~y <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare by virtue of the fact that the Ohio Revised Cade provides far the <br />Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application.
