G 4'" ~~ ,~ <br />SY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 237-20-20 <br />B 61NG AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />• WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Gene and Ina Kaber of 4564 Georgette <br />have paid the sum of f 76.44 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcei No. 237-20-20 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />v <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Ola~st«1 <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assatlMfNtts <br />for the period 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to ~ 76.44 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ahlo. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtwi of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.237-20-20 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Where Fore, this <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at <br />PASSED: ~n~1A~ '1 1 Q ~ ~: <br />ATTEST: <br />~ , <br />_ <~ <br />Margaret t., wst Clerk o Council <br />AMI~fY ED: L ~ 7/4 L <br />Ralph E.
