<br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 234-70-3
<br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION Of PLANS ANO
<br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING
<br />EMERGENCY.
<br />® WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance
<br />Girsctor of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyaht~ga Count
<br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, y
<br />WHEREAS, Lewis and Anna Steer of Lorain Road
<br />have paid the sum of 513.44 in payment of said special assessments, in
<br />advance, for the tax years i9 66 through 1979, inclusive, together with
<br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 234-ZO-3
<br />In the City of North Olmsted.

<br />THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
<br />State of Ohio:
<br />ion l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby
<br />directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1979, inelusiv~
<br />full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary
<br />Section 2: That the ©irector of Finance of the City of North 01mst
<br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance. on such asessnl»etts
<br />for the period 1966 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to ~ 13.44 on
<br />said parcel.
<br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an
<br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of tlhio,
<br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an
<br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public .peace, health
<br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of
<br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.234-20-3
<br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers.
