VG " 9O <br />BY - i?~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTMiORIZlN~ AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO.Z35-19-34 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AIriD <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga Gounty <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Lillian M Chafman of Fitch Road <br />hive paid the sum of ~ 59.92 in payment of said special assessrr~nts, in <br />advance, for the tax years 1966 thrrugh 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No235-19-34 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />' Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1966 through 1979, inetusiw <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: <br />is hereby authorized <br />for the period 19 66 <br />said parcel. <br />That the Director of Finance of the City of North Opted <br />and directed to receive payments in advance on such aassssaMrnts <br />through 1979, inclusive, amounting to f 59.92 on <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward ae <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohfo, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No ~3S•19-34 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately fPC~t <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ~ ~ _ ~ 1, ~,1,i, l „G~ ~„ x <br />ATTEST: <br />-~. <br />Margar T.
