<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 66- PAGE Z <br />Parcel C-Carl Strekely and Helen F. Strekely, husband and <br />wife -Permanent Parcel ,#234-20-10 <br />The easement is further described as being over and through <br />a parcel of land fifteen (151 feet in width and approximately <br />105 feet in length located parallel and adjacent to the south <br />right-of-way Iine of Lorain Road and extending from the <br />easterly Iine of Permanent Parcel No. 234-20-10 to the <br />westerly line of said Permanent Farcel. <br />A temporary easement twenty (20} feet in width and <br />approximately 105 feet in length lacated parallel and <br />adjacent to the south side of the above described permanent <br />easement is hereby granted far the period of time required <br />to construct the sewer through this property. <br />Parcel D-Vito j. Picione and Elaine Picione, husband and wife- <br />Permanent Parcel #234-20-15 <br />The easement is further described as being over and through a <br />parcel of land ten (10} feet in width and approximately 105 feet <br />in length lacated parallel and adjacent to the south right-of- <br />way of Lorain Road and extending from the easterly line of <br />i permanent parcel No. 234-20-15 to the westerly line of said <br />permanent parcel. <br />A temporary easement twenty (20} feet in width and approximately <br />105 feet in length. located parallel and adjacent to the south <br />side of the above described permanent easement is hereby <br />granted far the period of time required to construct the sewer <br />through this property. <br />for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, repairing, altering, <br />replacing, changing the size and removing a sewer together with the necessary <br />manholes for the transportation of sewage with the right of unimpaired access <br />to said sewer and the right of ingress and egress on, over and through said <br />parcels of land for all purposes necessary and incidental to the construction, <br />operation, maintenance, repair, altering, replacement, changing the size and. <br />removal of said sewer. 'There shall be reserved to the owners of the said <br />parcels of land the right to fully use and enjoy said premises for all purposes <br />consistent with the full use and enjoyment by the City of the easement rights <br />herein described, but the construction of structures as defined in the Building <br />Coda of the City of North Olmsted directly over any said sewer, except public <br />utilities, is prohibited. Tt is a furkher condition an the said easement rights <br />that the City return the surface of the ground to its original 1Pvel and general <br />condition after any construction, maintenance, opera+~ion, repair, replaces'c:'mot, <br />alteration, changing the size of or removal of said sewer. <br />Section 2: fihat the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be given <br />to the owners of or persons in possession of or persons ?Zaving an interest of <br />record in the above described real estate ar to their authorized agezats and <br />said notice shall be served according to law by a person to be designated for that <br />purpose by the Mayor and ?cs make return of such service iri the manner provided <br />by law . <br /> <br />
