r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO, 66- g <br />BY , i~ <br />A RESOLUTION-ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY <br />OLMSTED Wc7ODS SUSI?I'VISIC3N; VACATING BEVERLY HILLS <br />PARK ESTATES SUBD~'VISiON NO, 2; APPROVED BY RESOLUTION <br />NO. 63-137; VACATING BEVERLY HILLS SUBDIVISION NO. 2, <br />EXTENSION, APPROVED BY RESOLUTION NO. 65-17, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Olmsted Woods Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council; and <br />~' - WciEREAS, said Subdivision contains ninety-four (94) sublots; and <br />six streets, to-wit: Bellevue Drive, Clinton Drive, Crotan Drive, Nantucket <br />Drive, Paisley Drive and Revere Drive; and <br />.~ <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted; <br />and <br />W"r~EREAS, Olmsted Woods Subdivision is a resubdivision of Beverly <br />Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2, accepted for recording purposes only by <br />Resolution No. 63-137 and also a resubdivision of Beverly Hills Subdivision <br />No. 2 Extension, previously accepted by R~esoiution No. 65-17, both subdivisions <br />which are to be vacated together with the resolutions accepting same. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />® Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council hereby vacates Beverly Hills Fark <br />Estates Subdivision No. 2, accepted for recording purposes only on July 2, <br />1963, and further vacates Beverly Hills Subdivision No. 2, Extension and <br />Resubdivision of Sublots Nos. 91, 92, 93 and 94 in Beverly Hills Park Estates <br />Subdivision No. 2, and recorded in the records of the Cuyahoga County Recorder <br />as follows: <br />(a) Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 recorded on <br />October 25 , 1963 at 10:59 o'clock A. M. in Volume 188, <br />Pages 66 and 67 of the records of Plats of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio . <br />(b1 Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 recorded on <br />• January I8, 1965, at 9:55 o'clock A. M. in Volume 192, <br />Pages 11 and 12 of the Records of Plats of Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio . <br />(c) Beverly Hills Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 Extension and <br />Resubdivision of Sublots Nos. 91, 92, 93 and 94 recorded <br />May IS, 1965 at 8:40 o'clock A. M, in Volume 193, Page 24 <br />of the Records of Plats of Cuyahoq a County, Ohio. <br />
