CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO, 66- ,S'~6 BY _ ~~c..e~.+~- AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2407 ENACTED DECEMBER 4 , 19 5 6 , AS AMENDED BY ORDNANCE NO. 2861 ENACTED JUNE 16, 1959 AS AMENDED HY ORDINANCE NO. 64-169 ENACTED AUGUST 4, 1964, ENTITLED "AN ORDNANCE CREATING THE POSITION OF RECREATION DIRECTOR, RECREATION INSTRUCTORS, PLAYGROUND HELPERS AND OTHER RECREATION PERSONNEL AND FIXING GOMPEN3ATION THEREFOR" of Ohio: BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State Section 1: That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2407 enacted December 4, 1956 as amended by Ordinance No. 2861 enacted June 16, 1959 as amended by Ordinance No. 64-169 enacted August 4, 1964, reading as follows: "Section 1: An ordinance creating positions of Recreation Director, Recreation Instructors, playground helpers and other recreation personnel end fixing compensation therefor, and in which ordinance the salary of the Recreation Director was fixed and determined to be S3 , 000.00 per year payable in equal monthly installments of $250.00 each, and further that said Recreation Director shall receive an automobile allowance in the amount of $300.00 per year. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Section 1: That there be and is hereby created the position of Recreation Director. That there be and are also hereby created positions of Recreation Instructors; Nature Study, Pre-School, Summer Band, Playground Workers, Baseball Umpires; and Pre-School Music, Bowling, Handicraft and Square Dance Instructors. That the salary of the R+ecrsation Director is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of $3, 000, 00 per year, payable in equal monthly installments of $250.00 each, and a car allowance of $300.00 per year. That the compensation of Playground Directors is hereby fixed and determined to be $100.00 per week each, for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Board. That the compensation of Assistant Playground Directors is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of S90 , 00 per week for a period not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall be determined by the Recreation Board. That the compensation of Nature Study Instructor shall be the sum of $40.00 a week` for a period not exceeding 8 weeks . That the compensation for Junior Curators not to exceed S in number be $30.00 each per summer session. • That the Pm-School Instructor shall receive the sum of $200,00 for the 8 week pre-school period.
