L ' ~ 1 <br />BY ~ ' <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMEh"3'S ON PERMJ~-NEt~T PARCEL 10.237-1$-8 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERG NCY. <br />• WHEREAS, special assessments have been sertif6ed <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Aoaditor cf Cuyal <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, Yr & Yrs >~itledge of <br />have paid the sum of $ 611.0$ in payment of said special <br />for the tax years 19 ~ through 1984, inclusive, together <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 23?-1$-8 <br />North Olmsted. <br />by the Finance Director <br />1og3 County for the <br />la833 Columbia >i<oad <br />assessments, in advance; <br />with accrued interest <br />in the City of <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section i. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1984, inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />• Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to re~;eive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 6b through 1984, inclusive, amount to $ 6,08 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />• emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No 237-16-8 <br />for the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5. Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earnest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED• <br />• <br />Francis J.
