<br />C ITY OF t~?RTH OL//MSTEO <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~4`~~~ <br />BY <br />AN ORDtN NCE AUTFIORIZtNG ANO DIRECTING THE CANCEII:ATiUN <br />OF SPEC IAl ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANEWT PARCEL 1~. 237-28-8 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION Of PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, ANO DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />.Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />• for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Yr & lire ]~itledge of Columbia Ao~ad <br />have paid the sum of ;60.76 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 1966 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.237-18-8 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, f3E IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: _ <br />Section I: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is heraby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1966 through 1979, inciusiva <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of I~rth @i+es>~ad <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such afss~srn; <br />for the period 19 66 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to f 60.76 pn <br />Bald parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Counci) is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of t~lFp, <br />.
