I( f <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.2~2-1-16 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications fer sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Ng~ Park Homes Inc of <br />• have paid the sum of $ 51,2 ir, a ~~ent of said s ecial risessmentsR Lin •e <br />P' Y~ p <br />advance, for the tax years 1966 tt,r~,ugh 1g79, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232-1-16 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section I; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is heresy <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1866 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assess~lttta <br />for the period 19 66 through 197g, inclusive, amounting to $51,52 on <br />. said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Cou~cii is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.232-1-16 <br />® for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section S; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, other~lise, at !h~ earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~l~l,(~.,_~„f ~ E ~ ! ~ (o C~ <br />ATT ES T: 11 <br />` \5 <br />Margaret West Clerk of Council Francis J. 0' ei 1, President car" <br />t Council <br />APPRbV ED: ~-/1 s~G G ~ ~ <br />• Ralph E.
