<br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral.

<br />have paid the sum of $ 1,990.82 in F,ayme!?t cf :said s,p~cial assessments, on advance,
<br />for the tax years 19 bb through'1984, inr-lasiv€y together with arc rued interest
<br />levied thereon against Permanent Pace:) No. 236-18-1 +n tla~; C°ty °f
<br />North Olmsted.
<br />NOW, THERI°IFORE, 3i~ li" OP,iJAINED by the CoJncril of the City of forth
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1. That the Auditc~ r~ Cuyahoga County be and he is he~~eby
<br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1966 through 1984, inclusive
<br />assessments in full for cons,~:ruction of a sanitary sewer lateral.
<br />• Section 2. That the Director c*f Pin,ancP of the City of North Olmsted
<br />is hereby authorized and d'°r~~cted to rF,~F ive payr~e°n*_ in ade•ance on such assessments
<br />for the period 19 66 through 1984, incltai~~e, amo,~nt to S 1,890.82 ©'~
