Dernity MsxsViall to serve full time and amen ink <br />Ordinance No.--259 passed September 18, 1928, and deelarin; an emergency. <br />B B it= ordained by the Council of'the' Village of Iaorth" Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoma and'State -of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 259 passed September 18331928 be and the sH ;ie <br />is hereby amended so tliq -, first section thereof shall read as follows: <br />"Section `1. That the INayor be and'he is hereby authorized to appoint a <br />Deputy Yarshall to serve full time. with an average of ten hours Der day at a <br />salary of twenty -one hundred dollars 02100.00) per gear pwrable eighty- seven <br />dollars and fifty cents' ("'87.50) on the first Tuesday and eighty -seven dollars <br />and fifty cents (687.50) "on the third Tuesday. of Radh non thi" <br />I Section 2.- That Ordinance No :259 passed September 1.8,1928 be the same i <br />hereby xPDealed. <br />1 <br />Section 3.
