<br />ORDINANCE GRANTING TO THE .CLEVELAND SOUTHWES
<br />TERN RAILIVAY AND LIGHT COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS
<br />AND ASSIGNS, FOR -'A PERIOD OF TWENTY -FIVE YEARS,
<br />THE RIGHT TO ERECT, CONSTRUCT, MAINTAIN, EXTEND
<br />AND USE THE NECESSARY POLES, WIRES, CONDUITS'
<br />AND SUCH OTHER FIXTURES AND APPLIANCES, OVER -
<br />HEAD AND UNDERGROUND, AS MAY BE DEEMED BY IT
<br />NECESSARY OR ESSENTIAL TO ENABLE IT TO TRANSMIT
<br />ELECTRICITY THROUGH AND ALONG THE STREETS, ALLEYS,
<br />' HIGHWAYS AND PUBLIC PLACES OF THE VILLAGE OF -
<br />NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA_COUNTY, OHIO, FOR THE
<br />PURPOSE OF FURNISHING AND SUPPLYING ELECTRIC
<br />SERVICE, AND FIXING FOR A PERIOD OF TEN YEARS
<br />THE RATES AND.TERMS UPON WHICH ELECTRIC SERVICE
<br />SHALL BE FURNISHED HEREUNDER, AND REPEALING
<br />ORDINANCE NO. 65 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED,
<br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, PASSED OCTOBER 13TH11919.

<br />BE IT'ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
<br />OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO: -
<br />SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 238 passed June 14 1928
<br />entitled, "AN ORDINANCE Granting to the Cleveland Southwestern Railway
<br />and Light Company, its Successors and Assigns, for a period of Twenty-
<br />five years, the right to Erect, Construct, Maintain, Extend and Use
<br />the Necessary Poles, Wires, Conduits and such other Fixtures and
<br />Appliances, Overhead and Underground, as may be deemed by it Necessary
<br />or- Essential to Enable it to Transmit Electricity Through and Along
<br />the Streets, Alleys, Highways and Public Places of the Village of
<br />North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the Purpose of Furnishing
<br />and Supplying Electric Service, and Fixing for period of Ten Years
<br />the Rates'and Terms ,Upon which Electric Service shall be Furnished

<br />Hereunder, and Repealing Ordinance No. 65 of the Village of North
<br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio,'passed,October 13th, 191911, be and
<br />the same hereby is repealed and all rights, duties ,and obligations
