WHEREAS heretofore on the 13th day of October., 19190 a franchise was granted to The Cleveland, Southwestern and Columbus t i Railway Company, its successors and assigns, providing for the con- struction, maintenance and operation of an electric distributing station and,a system of electrical distribution for electric light, and the - erection and maintenance of poles and wires for electric lighting in the streets, alleys and public places of the Village of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, which ordinance - grant- ing such franchise was accepted by said company within thirty (30) days from the date of its passage, and . ' WHEREAS The Cleveland Southwestern Railway and Light Company _) is"the successor by purchase of The Cleveland Southwestern and Colum- bus Railway Company, pursuant to decree of foreclosure No. 690 in Equity, in District Court,of the United States in the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, entered February 9i 192I., foreclosure sale held March 14, 1924 and an order of confirmation entered on April 7, ¢f 192+0 and.
