<br />To issue note$ 'in anticipation of the issue of bonds and the collection of
<br />' the Special Assessment for the improvement of Burns Road for the entire`
<br />length of said road by grading, draining and slagging same. 1
<br />i
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of North Olmsted , Ohio, has here-
<br />tofore by resolution duly passed on the 17th day of April , 1
<br />. 1928 , declared the necessity to improve Burns Road for the entire length j
<br />of said road in the
<br />Village Of North .Olmsted y Fradina, draining and s 1 "nine same -_
<br />t
<br />in aecordanes with thq plans and specifications therefor, and of levying.a
<br />special assessment upon;the property abutting on said road to•pay for said
<br />improvement, all in strict conformity to law, and,
<br />WREAS, this Council has requested'the Village Clerk to issue his.._
<br />certificate as to the estimated life' of said improvement-proposed to be
<br />constructed from the proceeds from the" notes hereinafter' referred to and
<br />the Village Clerk has certified to this Council such estimated life as
<br />eight years and' has further certified the maximum maturity of such
<br />bonds as eight years) and such notes as two year's,
<br />WHEREAS, this Council estimates that a tas for said notes wild. first
<br />appear upon the ,duplicate for the tax year 1928 and the final' tax i
<br />settlement with the County Treasurer next following the'inelusion of a
<br />tax for this issue in thq annual budget of the County Auditor, as pro-
<br />vided by law will be,optained not earlier than the first days of April
<br />19 29 and will require � 1003.75 for-interest until such axe` es are
<br />co ected.and available
<br />NOVI THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Village of - North Olmsted
<br />State of Ohiot two- thirds of the members elected thereto concurring -.,
<br />Seot�pn 1. That fox the purpose of raising money 'in anticipation
<br />of the levy and collec,,tion of Special Assessment for the improving of
<br />Burns' Road for the engire length of said road
<br />In the Village of North Olmsteci by
<br />-. grading, draining and sla�ain� same .
<br />bonds of said Village shall be is sued' in an amount not to exceodd {
<br />Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Three and '751100 Dollars $19,253.75.

<br />of which Eighteen Thousand Two HurAred Fifty and nO1100 Dollars
<br />018,250.00) is the estimated cost of said
<br />improvement according to report of Engineer and One Thousand Three -and
<br />75%100 Dollars: ($1003.75)
<br />is the interest for one year thereon,
<br />Section 2. Said bonds shall be designated as the " Burns Road Slag
<br />Improvement Bonds" ; shall be of the denomination of N 1000.00
<br />each except the first bond which shall` be T*o hundred Fif t
<br />y-Three and
<br />75/100 Dollars ($253.75) shall be dated' October 1 , 1928.1-
<br />shall draw interest at 1EFe rate o£ 5 -3 2 per annum pays a semi - annuall i
<br />on the first days of April and October in -each year,, until
<br />presentation and surrender interest coupons to Ue a tachod to said bonds
<br />bearing tree facsimile signature of the Clerk and shall be due and payable
