Streets in-the Village of North Olmsted which have been <br />improved by slag -3ng shall not.be used by contractors or anyone else <br />for the purpose of hauling material for construction of other roads <br />unless such contractor or the owners or operators of the trucks which <br />are hauling such material secure a permit from the Village Clerk and <br />make a, deposit or post a,bond in an amount which in the opinion of the <br />Mayor is sufficient to repair such streets from the damage done by <br />such hauling; <br />Section 2. Whoever violates the provisinns of this ordinance shall <br />be fined not "less than .)5.00 , or more than $50 for each ' offence . <br />` Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an energency <br />in this that,the'streets are being ruined by their use for transport- <br />ing material for other road construction and there is no present <br />method of stopping said use and abuse oL said streets..',. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage. <br />- Read the first time August 7, 1928. <br />Moved by Mr..Biddulph seconded by Mr. Christman that the <br />statutory rue be suspen ed and that Ordinance No. 53 be read imme <br />diately the second and third times and put upon its passage. The <br />affirmative vote on said motion was as follows ; - Biddulph,.Bidwell, <br />Christman, Schindler, Stine. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put <br />;,upon its,passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows;- <br />3iddulph, Bidwell, Christman, Schindler, Stine. <br />Ordinance passed August 7, 1928. <br />Approve and �siSned by the Yayor, August 7, 1928. <br />L.
