' MMREAS, this CQunoil estimates that a ta-c for said notes will first appear upon the dupltrat'e fop the tax year 1928 , and the final tax` settlement with the County Treasurer next T"olldwinm the inclusion of a tax for this issue in the annual budget of the County Auditors as pro- vided by law will be obtained not earlier than the first days ofApril 19 29 and will require 0 211.48 for interest until such taxes are co ected and available NMI THEREFORE, be it-ordained by tho Council of the Village of North Olmsted State of Ohio, two- thirds of the members elected thereto concurring:-, Section 1. That for the purpose or raising money in anticipation of the levy and collection of Special Assessment for 'the-improving of DeWeX Road from Lorain Road to the northerly end the in a "lage of North Olmsted by grading, draining and slagging same bonds of said Village shall be issued in an amount not to exceed Four Thousand Fifty -Six and 48%100 Dollars ($4056.48) y of which Three Thousand Eight. Hundred Forty -Five and n0 100 Dollars ($3845.00) is tho estimated cost of said improvement according to report of Engineer. and Two Hundred Eleven .and .48/1 00 Dollars .($211.48) is the interest for one year thereon. Section 2.
