That any person, firm or corporation supplying <br />ele :triity to the-citizens, individuals, firm or corporations in <br />the Village of N rth Olmsted 1 i 1 t i it f b <br />tZ 0 .,, orsuppyng a en ro y _orpuli13 <br />grounds, buildings, streets, lanes, alleys or other public places, . <br />situated in the Village of North Olmsted, shall, during a period <br />of ten (10) years from and after the time at whi:h this ordinance <br />shall legally' take effect, charge for electricity so supplied, <br />ex.ept for emergency, spe. ^.ial or reserve service to another supply, <br />not to exneed five gents (5¢) per kilowatt hour and a monthly mini - <br />mytm cha.rSe not to ex.eed seventy -gents (754per kilowatt or frac_ <br />.tion thereof tonne ^ted. Said person, firm or corporation .shall <br />furnish and keep in repair meters for the measuring of ekectricity <br />so constmed, -without making any seta-rate charge for the use'ox <br />repair of same. <br />SECTION 2. The filing of an a ^ ^eptanne by arty' person, firm` <br />or corporation of the terms and +conditions of thisaoadianae with <br />the clerk of the Coun..il within ten (10) days after this ordinance <br />shall take effe ^t, shall constitute a valid and binding ..ontrait, <br />and su ^h person, firm or corporation shall not be required to <br />furnish ele ^tri iity at a less rate during the period fixed. <br />SECTION 3.
