<br />To authorize the Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the con- r
<br />struotion, maintenance, repair and operation'of a storm sewer, a sanitary �.
<br />sewer and water mains, either or all, in Sewer District No. 7 on Burns
<br />Road for the entire .length.

<br />Be it ordained by the Council °of the Village of North Olmsted, County
<br />of Cuyahoga`' and State of Ohio: —
<br />Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners-of Cuyahoga County
<br />j
<br />`".State of Ohio, be and the said Board, is hereby authorized to,proceed, with
<br />the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a
<br />sanitary sewer and water mains, either or all,,in,County,Sewer District
<br />No q, .7 on Burns Road for the entire length .
<br />providing, however,,that all the cost thereof shall be born by the bene-
<br />fited property according,to the General Code relating to county sewer
<br />districts and the`Village,of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost
<br />therein.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take 'effect and be in force from and,
<br />after the earliest period`allowed by law.
