<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the ViIIage of- ;North Olmsted, County of
<br />" CuYRhoma. and State of Ohio:-
<br />Section 1. That Section 216 of the Ordinances of a General Nature also
<br />known as.Ordinance No, 122 passed September 1, 1925, as amerded.by Ordinar`ee
<br />No. 213.pa.ssed September 61 19271 be oral the same is hereby smended to read as
<br />follows:
<br />Section 2160 Fees. .
<br />The fees to be 'clia.rged. .for pertait to build 019kll be based upon VIA
<br />following
<br />(a) $1.00 for a permit for the construction of a dwelling to which
<br />shall be added 25¢ for each 100 square. feet of -floor surface or fraction
<br />thereof in such structure. '
<br />(b) $1.00 for a` permit for the construction o' a garage, poultry
<br />horse, burn or green. house to which shall be added' 10y for each ,1CO
<br />square feet of floor surface or frsction' thereof in, such structure.
<br />(c) $1.00 for a permit far ,alterations in any structure in which
<br />there is a change made which might affect the: strength or safety the reof
<br />and in which alteration there is no addition of floor surface.
<br />(d) $2.00 for a permit for alterations in any structure not mentioned
<br />in parap-raph f hereof involving, the sddition of 400 square feet of floor
<br />surface, or less.
<br />(e) $2.00 initial fee for a permit for alteration of a' structure not
<br />mentioned in paragraph' f'hereof in which alteration .there will be added
<br />400 feet or r!iore. of flog surface. In" case there' is an addition of more
<br />than 400 °feet of floor surface there shall be added to t , cost of such
<br />permit the sum. of 2a /for each.100 feet of floor, surface, or fraction
<br />thereof, more .than said 400"feet..
<br />(f) $2.00 initial fee, for a permit covering construction or altera-
<br />tion of tenement houses, buildings intended for business, or buildings
<br />appurtenant thereto, involving the construction or addition of 400 square
<br />feet of floor 'surface. In case there is to be constructed or -added more
<br />than 400 square feet , of f l.00r surface, there shall be added ,to the cost
<br />of such permit the surf of 50V for . each 100 feet of floor surface, or
<br />fraction thereof, more than said 400 feet.
<br />(g)", 110.00 fora permit, c over ing, the moving of any building.
<br />(h) $pMO for a permit covering the construction of 'any signboard
<br />or billboard, unless the same is to be placed upon a vacant,lot or upon
<br />occupied property advertising; the sar.;e or rent of such lot or property
<br />upon which placed, provided that such excepted sign does not exceed 60
<br />square feet of area.

<br />be based upon the following; and the permit issued hereunder shalI
<br />include permission to install fixtures after same have been approved brr
