Cl ,rk of the V illu„c c : Olmsted, Y ir • Pn Ordinance, To levy a tax of one - tenth of one mill each year for'the period•of fotur' years on all taxable property of the Village of North Olmsted to create a firemen's inderuiity fund according to the provisions of Section 4647 -1 to "4647 -9 of: the: General Code of Ohio. f �ITF l,AS, there has been received a request from the Fire Department of the Village of North Olmsted requesting that legislation be passed to•. levy► a tax for the purpose of creating and maintaining a fire-rents - inderinity fund, now therefore, Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Count-%r of I Cuyahoga and State of Ohio : - -, Section 1. That a tax of one -tenth of a. mill is hereby levied on each dollar of the taxable property of the Villame of.Ilorth Olmsted for the year 1928 and a similar tax for like amount for the years 1929, 1930 and 1931. Section 2. Such tax shall be outside 'of all limitation and the proceeds thereof shall be used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining a Firemen's Indemnity Fund according to Sections 4647 -1 to 4647 -9 inclusive of the General Code of Ohio. Section 3. The-Clerk is directed to certify-this ordinarxce to the County Auditor and upon receipt of his settlement, the 'treasurer shall deposit, invest and handle the proceeds thereof in accord.a.nce,iAth law and the resole - tions from time to time passed by the "Trustees of the Firemen's Irder.Lnity Fund% The Treasurer shall give additional bond for the funds coming into his hands by reason of this ordinance.
