That a tax of one -tenth of a. mill is hereby levied on each <br />dollar of the taxable property of the Villame of.Ilorth Olmsted for the year <br />1928 and a similar tax for like amount for the years 1929, 1930 and 1931. <br />Section 2. Such tax shall be outside 'of all limitation and the proceeds <br />thereof shall be used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining a <br />Firemen's Indemnity Fund according to Sections 4647 -1 to 4647 -9 inclusive of <br />the General Code of Ohio. <br />Section 3. The-Clerk is directed to certify-this ordinarxce to the County <br />Auditor and upon receipt of his settlement, the 'treasurer shall deposit, <br />invest and handle the proceeds thereof in accord.a.nce,iAth law and the resole - <br />tions from time to time passed by the "Trustees of the Firemen's Irder.Lnity <br />Fund% The Treasurer shall give additional bond for the funds coming into his <br />hands by reason of this ordinance. <br />Section 40 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Read the first time March 6, 1.9289 <br />Yoved by Mr. seconded by Mr. � that <br />the statutory rue be suspend ec anci 'that Ordinance No. e reac imme- <br />diately the second and ,third times and puu-upon its passage.
