That all claims for damages resulting therefrom shall <br />be judicially inquired into after the completition of the proposed im- <br />provement. <br />Section 3. That the following lots and lands shall be assessed <br />for said improvement as above determined, to wit : - Fach lot and par - <br />eel of land bounding and abutting upon said improvement in propor- <br />tion to the entire cost as the foot frontage of each said lot and par- <br />eel of land is to the entire' assessable frontage. <br />Section 4.- That the whole cost of said improvement less 150 <br />thereof, and the cost of intersection shall be assessed by the foot <br />front upon the lots and lands bounding and abutting upon said <br />11aabeth Avenue from Clague Road to the Easterly limits of the Via f) <br />which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be especially, <br />benefited by said .improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall, <br />include the expense of the preliminary and other surveys of engineer- <br />"+ ing, inspecting and legal expenses; of printing and publishing the <br />notices; the cost of construction; together with interest on bonds <br />issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessments; all <br />expenses in connection with the issuing and selling such bonds, and <br />all other necessary expenditures <br />Section 5, That the assessments to be levied.shall be paid in <br />five (5) annual installments, with interest on deferred payments, <br />provided tha'Fthe owner of any property assessed, may at his :ption <br />pay such assessment in cash within thirty (30) days from and after <br />the passage of the assessing ordinance, in which case said cash <br />assessment shall not.include any item of-interest upon bonds to be <br />issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred installments;of <br />assessments. <br />Section 6. That the bonds of the Village of North Olmsted shall <br />be issued in anticipation of the collection of the assessments by <br />installments and in an amount equal thereto. <br />Section 7. That it is the intention of the Council and it is <br />hereby determined.to proceed with the improvement of <br />Idaebeth Avenue which lies in North Olmsted <br />Village from.
