T z��ed FF >, <br />Mr. Bidwell, Fuze_._._.. <br />'- .w... •w_ �I'kt1 GI itiiC YlilatnC SF IVcc[h---- ----- Gig <br />a <br />An Ordinance. <br />Consenting to the improvement on Lorain Road from the Tiesterly line of Fair- <br />view Village to the Westerly line of North Olmsted Village by constructing <br />,.tr'ao twenty foot pavements. on either side of- a right of way to be left for <br />-the electhic�irailway. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />.Cuyahoga and State of Ohio;.. <br />Section 1. -That consent is hereby given.to the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to improve Lorain Road from`;the Westerly <br />line of Fairview Village to the Westerly line of North Olmsted Village by <br />constructing two twenty foot pavements on either side of .a right of way to <br />be left for the interurban railway, the cost of such cdzisttuction to be borne <br />fifty (W*) by the County of Cuyahoga. and fifty (b(Y) percent by the Village <br />of North Olmsted and the property owners in said.- Village. This consent is <br />given on. the ' express provision that in case of'the widening of the right of <br />way of Lorain Road at some future time damage to property'by reason of such <br />widening shall be borne entirely by the County Commissioners. <br />Section 2.
