<br />To authorize the Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the constructio ,,
<br />maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a sanitary sewer end
<br />water mains in Sewer District Noe 7 on Florence Avenue from Hall Road to
<br />Walter Road.
<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of
<br />Cuyahoga, State of Ohio:-
<br />�} Section to That the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County.,
<br />State of Ohio, be and said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with the
<br />construction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a sanitary
<br />sewer and water mains, either or all, in county sewer district No. 7 on
<br />y Florence Avenue in the Village of North Olmsted from Hall Road to Walter Road,
<br />providing, hrnvever, that ,aaidaw,�,ard�rat+ibe oonatrt�tcdtrrt
<br />eafromhc3a�t.pca'tiorr if_any's'� said,. <r a3ti*t all the
<br />cost thereof shall be born by the benefited property according to the General
<br />Code relating to county sewer districts and the Village of North Olmsted be
<br />saved harmless from any cost therein.
<br />Section 20 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by lawn
