Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of T�orth. Olrxted, State cC Ohio, three- fourth, of all menbers elected thereto being present end concurr» in Section. 1. That it is the intention of the Council and it is hereby det n e d to proceed with the Improvement of Laple Ridge Road for that por- tion.rvhich'lies in North Olmsted Village between Hall'Roa.d and C1a�ue Roa.d,. by gradin -, draining and constructing a slag- road -bed tkerein, in conjccnctiollx with Dover Village and in accordance with the plans and L speoltications pre - pared by the Engineer ,uid on file in -the Clerkts office, •and Resolution slo. _duly adopted on the#d day of- :-!ry, A. D. 126, Section 2. That all claims for danagcs resulting therefrom shall be ?' judicially inquired into after the completion of the proposed inrrovo.ent. Section 3. That`.the follo, -ring lots and lands shall be assessed for said improvement as a1bove "determined, to -wit : - Each lot and parcel of land abouzcd ing and abutting upon said inpro-rerent in proportion to the entire cost as -the foot frontage of each said lot and parcel of land i, to the entire dcocese able frontage. Section 4. That the whole cost of said improvement less 1%50 thereof, and the cost of intersection slisll be assessed by the foot front upon the lot,1 and lands bounding and abutting upon said Maple Ridge Road between the point, hereinbefore designated, which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be especially beenefitted by said improvement; and the cost of said improve- nent shall include the eawpense of the preliminary and other surveyc ' of ' on- gineering, inspecting and legal expence; of printing a.nd publishing the no- _. tiees, the cost of construction; together with interest'.on bonds issued in anticipation of the collection of deferred assessments; all expenses in con- nection with the issuing and selling such bondN, and all other necessary ems.-- pInditures. Section 5.
