An Ordinance <br />Creating anew precinct in the Village of North Olmsted and fixing the boun- <br />dary lines for all new precincts. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: - <br />Section 19 That there be and hereby is created a third precinct in the <br />Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio to be knovm as <br />precinct C and that the boundary lines of all precincts and the voting place <br />in each precinct be as follow3 :- <br />Precinct A. Voting booth at to,rm hall, Precinct to be bounded as <br />Followsi= <br />From westerly end of Village to and including Dover Center <br />Road extended to softth line of Village•inoluding inhabitants on <br />both sides of Dover Center Road, <br />Precinct B, Voting booth at Coets Corners, Precinct to be bounded as <br />0 oars: <br />From Dover Center-Road east to following line beginning at <br />.intersection of "Walter Road and north line of Village thence south <br />along Walter Roed to Lorain Road west on Lorain Road to Columbia <br />Road thence southerly In Columbia Road to Village line including <br />inhabitants on both sides of streets. <br />Precinct C. Voting booth a4. 9 Precinct to be bounded <br />as <br />Balance of Village not included in Precincts A and B. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Read the first time June 4, 1929. <br />Moved by Mr. Seltzer, seconded by Mr. Stine that the statutory rule be sus- <br />pended and that Ordinance Noo 287 be read immediately the second and third <br />times and put upon its passage.
