Village of }north Olmsted in anticipation of the pay- <br />rents by them of the cost thereof and providing a � � <br />°- p procedure for doing same <br />and declaring an cir�rgency. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the, Village of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:- <br />Section 1. That the.Clerk be a, t b is authorized to transfer One <br />Thousand Dollars $l ' <br />( OOOo00) from the mound to a special fuzed in the <br />*4 gsl"04ee Fund called the "Water Connection Rotary Fund11 rshich shall be used <br />as provided in the other •sections of this ordinancQ. <br />Section 2. The building inspector is hereby authorized to eauzse water <br />connections from the water mains in the streets to be made with the water <br />systerz of the houses of the Village and may employ labor and ma er is <br />to do same or may do sane by entering into a contract with whonever the <br />council authorizes, <br />Section S. The Clerk shall buy the necessary materials front such fund <br />to be used in such operation. <br />Section 4. Any person of the Village who desires water connections shall <br />deposit the sum of Fifty Dollars (0oOO) with the building inspector cad to'. <br />m--1:e application for the installation of the water and shall pay any balance <br />which n"ay be owing as soon as She work is completed and the :rater shall not <br />be turned on until such balance shall' have been paid, <br />Section 5. The building inspector shall keep close account of the cost <br />of labor and material in making such water installation and connections and <br />shall add to the total cost of labor amd material an arr-ount of ten percent <br />(10�) thereof which shall be 'he'.auount which -the erson r-=t f <br />p pay be.�ore the <br />grater shall be turned on and such funds shall be ret rued to the Water <br />Connection Rotary Fund. <br />Section 6, The ILayor airl Clerl: are authoriz -d to make arrangements .- <br />with city of Cleveland for making the tops and the work to be done shall I <br />pay to the city of Cleveland for each connection so made the sun which the <br />city* of Cleveland requires which amount- sh&1 I be included in the tt;,ount of <br />the cost of Tabor and mater:i.al. <br />Section 7.
