Village of }north Olmsted in anticipation of the pay- rents by them of the cost thereof and providing a � � °- p procedure for doing same and declaring an cir�rgency. Be it ordained by the Council of the, Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:- Section 1. That the.Clerk be a, t b is authorized to transfer One Thousand Dollars $l ' ( OOOo00) from the mound to a special fuzed in the *4 gsl"04ee Fund called the "Water Connection Rotary Fund11 rshich shall be used as provided in the other •sections of this ordinancQ. Section 2. The building inspector is hereby authorized to eauzse water connections from the water mains in the streets to be made with the water systerz of the houses of the Village and may employ labor and ma er is to do same or may do sane by entering into a contract with whonever the council authorizes, Section S. The Clerk shall buy the necessary materials front such fund to be used in such operation. Section 4. Any person of the Village who desires water connections shall deposit the sum of Fifty Dollars (0oOO) with the building inspector cad to'. m--1:e application for the installation of the water and shall pay any balance which n"ay be owing as soon as She work is completed and the :rater shall not be turned on until such balance shall' have been paid, Section 5. The building inspector shall keep close account of the cost of labor and material in making such water installation and connections and shall add to the total cost of labor amd material an arr-ount of ten percent (10�) thereof which shall be 'he'.auount which -the erson r-=t f p pay be.�ore the grater shall be turned on and such funds shall be ret rued to the Water Connection Rotary Fund.
