r/ <br />Ile <br />Ordinance No." � ��•.,.' <br />An Ordinance U <br />Prohibiting drivers of automobiles f -passing traffic signal-lights-in said <br />Village of North.Olmsted when the lights,thereof are red. <br />Be-it ordained by the'Couneil of,the Village of North Olmsted, County <br />i of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio-.,, <br />Section 1. Whoever, operating or.driving a motor vehicle in the Villag <br />of North Olmsted, passes' traffic signal light , when the light thereof is red <br />shall be guilty of ,a misdemeanor 'and upon conviction thereof shall be fined <br />not less than $5.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense. <br />Section 2. This ordinance.is hereby declared to bean emergency in <br />this that one or more traffic lights has been installed in the Village of <br />North Olmstediand to preserve the safety of the people of the Village it.is <br />necessary that this`ordinance,take effect :under. passage. <br />r <br />Section 3.'
