I <br />Ordinance No, 809 „ <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />PROVIDING FOR VACATIONS WITH PAY FOR ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OI24STED EXCEPT THE EMPLOYEES OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE., THE EMPIOYEES OF <br />THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND THE EMPLOYFM OF THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to set up the vaca- <br />tions for certain employees of the Village; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective date <br />Of this ordinance all employees of the Village of North Olmsted, <br />except those employed on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and <br />the employees of the Fire Department and Police Department, shall <br />be given the following paid vacations: <br />Those with more than six months' service prior <br />to April 1, 1950, but less than one year, shall receive <br />one week's vacation with pay. <br />Those with more than one year's service shall <br />receive two weeks' vacation with pay. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of public health, peace, safety and <br />welfare, and for the daily operation of the municipal departments <br />Of the Village, that this ordinance be passed at once, and shall <br />take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: April, 1950. <br />' M. = Christman; Ocrk-� arence J. att, Mayor <br />J <br />
