STRUCTURES THE P- ERCENTAGE- OF LOT OCCUPANCY <br />SET BACK BUILDING LINES AND THE 'AK'EA OF YARDS COURTS AND OTHER' OPH <br />SPACES:- PROVIDING FOR A METHOD OF ADMINISTRLTION: FOR AN ADMINIS- <br />TRATIVE BOARD:' AND FOR THE IMPOSITION OF PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION: <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL-OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />x.. <br />OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />- <br />That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 592 as amended by Ordi- <br />nance No. 761 as amended by Ordinance No. 789 and entitled: a <br />"An Ordinance dividing the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, <br />into Districts for the purpose of regulating and restricting the <br />location of buildings and 'other structures and of premises to be used <br />for trade, industry, residence or other specified uses: Regulating <br />and limiting the height of buildings and other structures, regulating <br />the bulk and location of buildings and other structures, the per- <br />the <br />'of lot' occupancy, <br />set back building lines and the area of <br />:Y ards courts and other -open spaces: Providing for a method of <br />s administration: For an Administrative Board: And for the imposition j <br />t of penalties for violation." <br />Reading: <br />"Section 2.
