Alp <br />Ordinance No. <br />jr <br />By Mr OJ& <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING OF THE VILLAGE OF: <br />NORTH OLMSTED AND TO REGULATE THE LOCATION' SIZE, HEIGHT AND <br />USES OF STRUCTURES, THE AREA OF LOTS AND °.YARDS AM THE USES <br />OF LAND BY AMENDING SECTIONS 2,. 6, '�, 8, 9', 19p,28., 42 and <br />43 OF ZONING ORDINANCE-NO. 592 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />PASSED ON THE 18th DAY OF MARCH, 1941, AND BY REPEALING <br />SECTIONS 10, 11, 159 16, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 31. <br />OF SAID ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 592 PASSED ON THE 18th DAY OF <br />MARCH, 1941. <br />WHEREAS.the Village of North Olmsted deems,it necessary <br />to the interests of public health, safety, morals or general <br />Welfare, to provide for the zoning or districting of the <br />Village; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by lLhe Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Sections 21 6, 7, 8, 9.,,19., 28.. 42 <br />and 43, as heretofore enacted, of Ordinance No. 592 of the <br />Village of North Olmsted passed on the 18th day of March, <br />1941, known as the Zoning Ordinance.of the Village of North <br />- Olmsted,.be, and the same are hereby, amended so as to read <br />as follows; <br />"Section 2. DISTRICTS. The Village of North <br />Olmsted is hereby divided into'the districts <br />hereinafter in this section named, the location, <br />boundaries and area of which are and shall be <br />shown and depicted on the Zone Map: <br />"Alt Residence Districts <br />'t C" Residence -Dis tricts <br />Retail or Local Business Districts.te <br />"Section 6. "A« RESIDENCE DISTRICTS.
