W, <br />Ordinance No. 742 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 725 PASSED ON SEPTEMBER 9, 1947p <br />ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE LEVYING AN ADMISSIONS TAX ON PERSCNS, <br />PAYING ADMISSIONS OR WHO ARE ADMITTED FREE OR AT REDUCED <br />RATES TO ANY PLACE; FIXING THE AMOUNT AND PROVIDING FOR <br />THE COLLECTION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES." <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />Of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 725 passed <br />on September 90 1947, entitled "An Ordinance Levying an <br />Admissions Tax on Persons Paying Admissions or Vho Are <br />Admitted Free or at Reduced Rates to any Place; Fixing <br />the Amount and providing for the Collection Thereof and <br />prescribing Penalties.." be and the same is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2.
