J <br />ORDINANCE 10. 860 <br />'BY: Mr. Baumgardner ORDINANCE FIXING THE <br />SALARIES AND BONDS OF <br />MFdABERS OF THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT AND FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 790. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />NOETH OLMSTED, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That from and after the 15th day of January, <br />1951 the salary of the Sargeant which position is ereby - created <br />shall be the sum of Four Thousand and Four Dollars M.004.00) <br />per year, and he shall furnish bond in the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 2. That from and after the 15th day of January, <br />1951, regular members of the Police Department shall be paid <br />Thirty -four Hundred and Four Dollars (3404.) for the first year <br />and Thirty -eight Hundred and Four Dollars ($3804.00) for the <br />second year and each year thereafter and they shall furnish bond <br />in the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 3. That from and after the 15th day of January, <br />1951, regular firemen shall receive Thirty -four Hundred and Four <br />Dollars 1$3404.00) for the first year and Thirty - eight Hundred <br />and Four Dollars 03804.00) for the second year and each year <br />thereafter and they shall-furnish bond in the sum of $1000.00. <br />Section 4. That from and, after the 15th day of January, <br />1951, the Chief of the Fire Department shall receive Four Thousand <br />and Four Dollars (44004.00) per year and he shall give bond <br />in the sum of ',1000.00. <br />Section 5. Ordinance No. 790 and all ordinances or <br />resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions inconsistent <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br />This is an emergency measure necessary for the public <br />health, peace and safety, and to provide proper salaries for <br />Village officers and employees. <br />PASSED: January 9th, 1951 <br />M <br />MAYOR - <br />■ <br />
