Ordinance. No. <br />By Mr <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />FIXING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR-THE GOVERNMENT OF THE FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted hereby adopts the following rules and regula- <br />tions for the government of the Fire Department of the <br />Village of North Olmsted. <br />RULE 1. <br />The Mayor may suspend from duty, for hearing <br />before the Council, any member of the Fire Department when <br />he has reason.to believe that said member has been guilty <br />in the performance of an official duty of bribery, misfeasance, <br />malfeasance, non- feasance, misconduct in office, gross <br />neglect of duty, gross immorality, or habitual drunkenness. <br />RULE 2. <br />The following shall be deemed specific causes for <br />suspension under charges of any member of the Fire Department <br />1. Far intoxication while on duty. <br />2. For being a user of intoxicating liquor in excess. <br />3. For being engaged, directly or indirectly, as <br />the vendor of intoxicating liquor. <br />4. For wilful disobedience of any order lawfully <br />.issued to him by the Mayor. <br />5. For incompetency to perform the duties of his <br />Office. <br />6. For conviction of any crime or misdemeanor <br />against the laws of the State of Ohio or the laws of the <br />United States. <br />7. For making known any proposed movement of the <br />Department to any person not a member of the Department. <br />S. For willfully and continually violating any of <br />the rules and regulations of the Department: <br />
