■ <br />3. <br />RULE 6 . <br />No member of the Department shall make false report <br />or gossip concerning a member of the Fire Department, either <br />as to hjs personal character or conduct of the business of the <br />Department, to the discredit or detriment of any member of <br />the Department. <br />RULE 7. <br />All reports must be in writing and be made to the <br />Mayor. <br />RULE B. <br />Members and employees of the Department whose <br />hours of duty are not regulated by the rules will report at <br />the time and place designated by the Chief of the Fire <br />Department or the Mayor. All members whose hours are fixed <br />by the Rules may be required to report in emergency cases <br />at such times and places as designated by the Chief of the <br />Fire Department or the Mayor. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force from and after the . earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: 1948. <br />C e Mayor <br />
