Ordinance No. 841 <br />BY Mr. Paddock <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />DETERMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE STREET LIGHTING IN THE VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That in accordance with Resolution No. <br />1656 adopted by this Village on July 18, 1950, and in accordance <br />with the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles heretofore <br />prepared and now on file in the office of the Clerk, it is here- <br />by determined to proceed with the street lighting of streets <br />and intersections as set forth in said plans_ and specifications. <br />Section 2. That the entire cost of said street <br />lighting improvement, less two per cent thereof and the cost of <br />intersections, shall be assessed by assessing all the lots and <br />lands in the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, which said lots <br />and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefitted by <br />said improvement, at a percentage of the tax value thereof, <br />to wit, .0003 per cent of each dollar of the 1950 value. <br />Section 3. The remainder of the cost of said street <br />lighting improvement shall be paid out of the General Fund of <br />the Village of North Olmsted. <br />Section 4. That the assessments so to be levied shall <br />be paid in one annual installment for the tax year 1950 with the <br />taxes for the year 1950. <br />Section 5.
