Lewis <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 845 PASSED ON AUGUST 29, 1950, BY ADDING <br />A NEW SECTION,,4(a), PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF ELE1,1ENTARY <br />AND HIGH SCHOOL CHILDREN RIDING INTO THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, AND <br />RETURN,.AT A RATE -OF FARE OF.ONE- HALF.OF.THAT PROVIDED BY <br />ORDINANCE NO. 845. w. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, 6tate.of Ohio: <br />Section 1, That Ordinance No. 845 passed'by the <br />Council of this Village on August 29, 1950, entitled "An <br />Ordinance Fixing the Rates of Fare for Bus Transportation Service <br />on the North Olmsted Municipal.Bus Line on and after September 1, <br />1950, 11 be and the same is hereby amended by the addition of the <br />following paragraph after Section 4 thereof, and enacting a <br />new section, to wit, Section 4 (a)j providing as follows: <br />"Section 4 (a). Elementary and high school <br />children attending school in the City of Cleveland, <br />Ohio, shall be permitted to purchase tickets en- <br />titling the purchasers thereof to bus transporta- <br />tion on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line into.. <br />the City of Cleveland, and return, on school days <br />only, for one -half of the fare provided for in <br />this Ordinance (No. 845). Said tickets shall be <br />purchased at the Town Hall; maximum time said <br />school tickets to be good for said transportation <br />to be on the-7:15 westbound and 6:15 east bound. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be <br />an errergency.neasure,.the emergency being that it is necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of public health, safety, peace and wel- <br />fare, thdt this ordinance be passed at once and shall take effect <br />and be in force from and after its passage. <br />■ <br />t <br />;i <br />y <br />I <br />
