■ <br />Ordinance No. 840 <br />By Mr. Baumgardner <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMIEND THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED LOCATED ON THE <br />NORTHEAST CORNER OF CLAGUE AND LORAIN ROADS. <br />VEEREAS application has been made to rezone `from a <br />Residence District to a Retail Business District the land here- <br />inafter described located on the northeast corner of Clague Road <br />and Lorain Road, and <br />f WHEREAS this Council believes it would be to the <br />j best interests of the Village` to *rezone said property; now, <br />( therefore, <br />F <br />BE IT ORDAINED. by the Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village of North Olmsted be and the same are, hereby amended` <br />so as to establish a Retail Business District of the property <br />located on the northeast corner of-Clague Road and Lorain Road, <br />described as follows: <br />Situated in the Village of North Olmsted,' County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of <br />original Dover Township Lot x`30 and bounded and de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />Beginning ° at the point of intersection of the northerly <br />line of Lorain Road 801 and the easterly line of Clague <br />Road 601; thence north 210 061 west along the easterly <br />line of Clague Road 349.261 to a point; thence north- <br />easterly at right angles to Clague Road 3001; thence <br />southeasterly along a line parallel to Clague Road to the <br />northerly line of, Lorain Road to a point; thence along <br />the northerly line of Lorain Road to the place of <br />beginning. <br />and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />change the Zone Map accordingly. - <br />Section 2 <br />This ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force from and aftere earliest period 'allowed by law. <br />Passed: -e !A =� e , 1950. <br />— ialer Mayor <br />�. rn %, <br />■ <br />J <br />
