W <br />Ordinance No. g <br />By Tyr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING THE RIGHTS OF _ EMPLOYEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED INDUCTED INTO THE MILITARY SERVICES OF THE UNITED STATES <br />OF AMERICA. <br />BE IT ORDAIIIED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That any employee of the Village <br />of North Olmsted inducted into the military services of the <br />United States of America shall be entitled to reinstatement <br />to the position he held at the time of the induction-into the <br />military service, upon his discharge from said service. <br />Section 2. No seniority rights of any employee <br />of the Village of North Olmsted shall be affected by his in- <br />duction into the military, service of the United States of America <br />and said employee shall be given credit for all time served <br />in the military service$ upon reinstatement to his position in <br />the Village in so far as this Council has authority so to do. <br />Section 3.
