Ordinance No. ._.SL_._"�.. <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDIN AN CE <br />TO PROVIDE FOR TIE ISSUANCE OF BONDS Iff ANTICIPATION OF TBE <br />COLLECTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS HEREIN NAMED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the, Village of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That for the purpose of. raising money in <br />anticipation of the collection of special assessments for the <br />improvement of FRANK AVENUE, its entire length, and MARION ROAD, <br />from Clague Road to West 230th Street, and WEST 230th STREET, from <br />the north Village line to Clifford Drive, by surfacing same with <br />bituminous macadam, in accordance with Ordinances No's. 745 and 746, <br />respectively, passed on the 7th day of .September, 1948, bonds of the <br />Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall be issued to the amount of <br />$13,850.00 to pay a note previously issued and about to mature. <br />Section 2. Said bonds shall be signed by the Mayor and <br />Clerk, bear date of August 1, 1950, and shall be numbered and be <br />due and payable as follows: <br />Date of Maturity Nos.
