M I (b) In any Residence District, accessory buildings. on a corner lot, the rear line of which is the side line of another lot, shall not be closer to the side street than the depth of front yard required in the District in which such, adjoining lot is situated. Such accessory building shall . also be at least five (5) feet from said common lot line, unless the distance from the side street to'', the building be at least _twnety (20) feet greater than _the required depth of "front yard in said District, except as provided in paragraph (c) of this Section 33. (c) No accessory building used or maintained for the housing of domesticated or captured animals, fowls, fish or reptiles, except dogs`, shall be nearer to the common property line than ten (10) feet nor nearer to any building used for human habitation than one hundred feet (100 Inclosed roofed space accessory to a permitted use for making articles to be sold at retail on the premises. (e) Retail poultry business, either as a main use or as an accessory use, including the storage and killing of.poultry or game to be sold entirely at retail upon the premises -- directly to the ultimate consumer, provided that the enterprise is conducted in strict compliance with the regulations of the • Village of North Olmsted and that adjacent premises or the occupmts thereof are not injured by reason of the emission of dust, odors, smoke or noise, and - provided further that the building in which the killing is done is a detached masonry structure having not less than 100 square feet of floor area _and at least l0. feet from any other building or part thereof on the same lot which is used as a place of human habitation, or a place where food is prepared, placed, kept or sold. Where a masonry building is used entirely for the handling of poultry, such slaughtering room may be separated therefrom by a solid masonry wall having between the two rooms only one opening not greater than two feet square closed by a self- closing window or door and located not less than four feet above the floor of the main building. Such slaughtering room shall be entered only from outside the building. In either case, ' such slaughtering room must be used for killing, flicking or dressing only and shall be not less than 100 feet from any residence district or from a church, a public or private school, a playground, a hospital, a library or an institution for dependents, nor`less than 25 feet from the boundary of the premises upon which it is located. (d) An accessory use customarily incident to a use authorized by this section." Section 33. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS.
