M <br />I <br />(b) In any Residence District, accessory buildings. <br />on a corner lot, the rear line of which is the side line of <br />another lot, shall not be closer to the side street than <br />the depth of front yard required in the District in which <br />such, adjoining lot is situated. Such accessory building <br />shall . also be at least five (5) feet from said common lot <br />line, unless the distance from the side street to'', the building <br />be at least _twnety (20) feet greater than _the required <br />depth of "front yard in said District, except as provided <br />in paragraph (c) of this Section 33. <br />(c) No accessory building used or maintained for <br />the housing of domesticated or captured animals, fowls, <br />fish or reptiles, except dogs`, shall be nearer to the <br />common property line than ten (10) feet nor nearer to any <br />building used for human habitation than one hundred feet <br />(100 <br />Inclosed roofed space accessory to a <br />permitted use for making articles to be <br />sold at retail on the premises. <br />(e) <br />Retail poultry business, either as a main <br />use or as an accessory use, including the <br />storage and killing of.poultry or game to <br />be sold entirely at retail upon the premises <br />-- <br />directly to the ultimate consumer, provided <br />that the enterprise is conducted in strict <br />compliance with the regulations of the • <br />Village of North Olmsted and that adjacent <br />premises or the occupmts thereof are not <br />injured by reason of the emission of dust, <br />odors, smoke or noise, and - provided further <br />that the building in which the killing is <br />done is a detached masonry structure having <br />not less than 100 square feet of floor <br />area _and at least l0. feet from any other <br />building or part thereof on the same lot <br />which is used as a place of human habitation, <br />or a place where food is prepared, placed, <br />kept or sold. Where a masonry building is <br />used entirely for the handling of poultry, <br />such slaughtering room may be separated <br />therefrom by a solid masonry wall having <br />between the two rooms only one opening not <br />greater than two feet square closed by a <br />self- closing window or door and located <br />not less than four feet above the floor of <br />the main building. Such slaughtering room <br />shall be entered only from outside the <br />building. In either case, ' such slaughtering <br />room must be used for killing, flicking or <br />dressing only and shall be not less than <br />100 feet from any residence district or from <br />a church, a public or private school, a <br />playground, a hospital, a library or an <br />institution for dependents, nor`less than <br />25 feet from the boundary of the premises <br />upon which it is located. <br />(d) <br />An accessory use customarily incident to a <br />use authorized by this section." <br />Section <br />33.
