ORDINANCE <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN`THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED AND THE VILLAGE OF <br />WESTLAKE PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER MAIN IN <br />WALTER ROAD, FROM MAPLE RIDGE ROAD TO A POINT 806 FEET <br />NORTH OF MAPLE RIDGE ROAD. <br />WHEREAS a part of Walter Road is within the Village <br />of North Olmsted and the Village of Westlake, and <br />WHEREAS the property ovners have petitioned for <br />the improvement of Walter Road by constructing therein a <br />water main; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor and Clerk be and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract <br />by and between the Village of North Olmsted and the Village <br />of Westlake, Ohio, providing for the improvement of Walter <br />Road, from Maple Ridge Road to a point 806 ';feet5north of <br />Maple Ridge Road, a copy of which.contract is attached <br />hereto and made 'a part hereof as though fully rewritten <br />herein. <br />Section 2.
